Tacklife Electronic Deadbolt, Cuisinart DCC-3000 Coffeemaker, Tacklife P16 Power Station Quick Reviews.

Below are some recent products that I purchased, liked, and would probably not warrant a full blown article for each product: Tacklife Electronic Deadbolt, Cuisinart DCC-3000 Coffeemaker, Tacklife P16 Power Station Quick Reviews. Hence, the label “quick” review.

As I mentioned on my “About” page, the focus of this blog is to help other families. One way I do this is by writing reviews about products that I actually use and like, I generally don’t spend any time on products I’ve had a bad experience with. Sometimes I have to buy several brands of a particular product until I find one I like, which is time consuming and frustrating, so hopefully I help save you valuable time by sharing with you products that work for me.

Tacklife Electronic Deadbolt EKPL1A

I recently had to change my garage pedestrian door deadbolt, so I purchased an electronic deadbolt, removed the old deadbolt, and installed the electronic deadbolt. The deadbolt wasn’t easy to install, but I finally got it installed.

But, after all of that, the deadbolt lock wouldn’t completely retract the deadbolt, so I couldn’t open the door unless I used the key from the outside of the house. For some reason, the lock would only completely retract the deadbolt if I used the key. So frustrating! So, I had remove the new electronic deadbolt, then reinstall the old deadbolt, then repack the electronic deadbolt and complete the return process.

Then, I started my search again and found the Tacklife Electronic Deadbolt EKPL1A. When I got it, I was able to install it much easier than the previous electronic deadbolt. After installation, I programed it (it had easy to understand instructions), then tested it. It worked seamlessly and felt heavy duty and well made. I was so relieved I didn’t have to return a second electronic deadbolt.

Cuisinart DCC-3000 Coffeemaker

I’m an avid coffee drinker, I typically drink 2 or more cups per day. Recently, I’ve tried two different relatively cheap coffee makers ($50 range) and both were terrible. First one broke down within 6 months. Second one the hot water line would release the water too fast which would cause the strainer to overflow onto my countertop.

So, I bit the bullet and spent around $100 on the Cuisinart DCC-3000 Coffeemaker and I’m so happy I did. It has an internal tank for the coffee, so no coffee pot. Also, it doesn’t overflow. Sounds weird that I’m glad I found a coffee make that works correctly, but unfortunately these days finding a product that works as it is suppose to and over the long term can be difficult. So glad I don’t have to buy another one.

Tacklife P16 Power Station

I have an older laptop and the battery doesn’t last very long. I’ve purchased replacement laptop batteries in the past, but they just don’t seem to hold very much charge compared to my laptops energy consumption. So, when I go dry (no electrical hookups) camping or I’m working out of my car because of multiple business appointments through out the day (sometimes I’m not able to charge my laptop before going on my appointments), I worry about my laptop running out of power. So, I purchased a small light weight power station, the Tacklife P16 Power Station.

Tacklife states the Tacklife P16 Power Station can charge a Macbook Pro computer 2+ times. So, I put it to the test and found that it charged my computer 2 times before needing a recharge, so the Tacklife description was correct. Now, I just grab the Tacklife P16 so don’t have to stress about my computer running out of power. It’s relatively small and light, see below per Tacklife:
